Transcon QUAUP's have slowly been rising. BOS being hit particularly hard. Some markets are better than others, EWR-West coast seems to be pretty good. Also look for markets with higher competition, particularly from cheaper F providers like FL or CO. BWI, ATL & SAN usually seem good.
My guess is that the rising demand at the cheap prices prompted a rise in cost. Whether this price point is the equilibrium for the long term is unclear, we'll probably see more fluctuations, generally moving higher IMO.
