I called B of A to chirp about the 25,000 mile offer and threaten to switch over to Juniper. They told me, like I believe they told several others, that they would drop my annual fee and give me a 10,000 mile bonus. I've only been credited 5,000 though. Has this happened to anyone? And will calling and complaining get me anywhere?
