Although they are two different corporations they are still part of the same family of companies. The offer is symbolic of the cleavages between the two groups and is bound to cause friction between the staff.
You'd think the labour relations people at Jazz would have take to AC LR before such an offer was put out. On the other hand, maybe that's also in store for the AC employees at their division?
