According to Bloomberg's, JAZZ employees are being offered a profit-sharing program as part of the new contract negotiations. This would be a continuation of the one-time offer made a year ago ($1,100) and is estimated to be worth up to $2,000 an employee basedon current profit/performance. (Offer excludes pilots.)
