The 2, 3, 4 and 5 will get you there (as long as there isn't weekend construction--be sure and check the service advisories at mta.info if you plan to take the 2/3/4/5 to Brooklyn on a weekend). The R train should get you there, too. But the W doesn't go to Brooklyn any more, and the N only stops at that station late at night (between 11pm and 5:30am).
