You may get miles, but is it worth it? My son was booked Chicage Midway- Pittsburgh - LaGuardia. The Chi - Pitt flight was cancelled, and they wouldn't put him on another airline as they had a flight arriving 3 3/4 hours later (through Atlanta). That flight was 15 minutes late, and then sat on the tarmac for 1 hour waiting for a gate (I assume they only have one). Then his luggage didn't show up, and no one was at the airport to take a lost luggage report. Their 800 # refers you to their local baggage number which does not accept messages!

My son is only 20, has no money, but would never again fly Air Tran.
