UA definitely does not code-share the German Rail connections which LH has set up. And it's a damned shame, too: The train from Stuttgart to Frankfurt is much more reliable than the short flight! Of course, it's possible to add an LH "flight" (i.e. train) segment, but this often results in a higher fare than the code-shared version.
