When the CAW is reduced to saying "This is not a bad employer", you know that we are dealing with a group of serial abusers - like the IAM guys at AC, some of them got caught falsifying time cards and now want to push back when management defends the integrity of their operation.
If you are referring to the situation at the GTAA, your comment that they were falsifying time cards is misleading. They were simply punching each other in and out, which until the famous walk-out incident was a long-standing practice in their department.
