Comparing one carrier’s coach product to another’s business class is, well, a bit absurd.

I’d much rather hear about your coach to coach comparisons; likewise business to business. Although I’ve never flown Virgin, I have had the misfortune to fly Envoy in the last two years, I think Virgin must be better. If you’ll pardon me, the fact that your colleague flew Upper Class on the same flight sounds a bit of sour grapes with your economy comparison to US Envoy. Next time, work on your upgrade!
