Unhappy Paid BF ticket and "we are unable to assign some or all of your seats"

I've just booked a full-fare BF ticket for later this week (through corporate travel agency). I'm getting the "we are unable to assign some or all of your seats" message. The BF seatmap shows no empty seats. The travel agent said that maybe CO is holding onto the bulkhead seats until 24 hours before departure. ??

So, does this mean I actually have a confirmed seat on the flight? I'll be one unhappy camper if I show up at the airport and get bumped...
