Yes, at least one ETOPS 757 has power. There was a thread on this some months ago. (I don't think I started the thread, but I was the one who reported seeing power on an ETOPS 757. Which shocked me as for some years I commuted to/from Hawaii on primarily the 757 and never saw a working port until one flight 6-12 months ago.).
And, yes, I very definitely know the difference between 757, 767, and 777...
