There was certainly a time in the United Schedule Handbook that had codeshare with either Eurostar or the French TGV
I am flying to LHR and then back from FRA so I thought there might be a way to ticket it all together and get a couple of miles to boot.
The codeshare with LH, although *A might not be worth the effort and expense.
