In comparison to any of those, CE really is economy with china plates.
I second the comment about CX - I flew HKG - TPE return a few weeks ago and was amazed at the level of service on a 2 hour flight. The fillet steak on the reurn leg was the best I have ever had on a plane and better than many restaurants. The "special" Drambuie and Champagne cocktail welome drink was also very nice. Not so much "One World" - an entirely different planet from CE.
