Back in the days when TWA had a CTO in Seattle, we would go there to get ticketed. The ticket agents were amazing and we would return from our European travels with a little box of chocolates from le notre or foucher for them. They worked hard and deserved it, they always checked our flights to make sure upgrades went through or rebooked us when we had missed connections.
Now, when we go to the airport to deal with complicated itineraries, we bring boxes of chocolates and in one case, some of my famous orange-chipolte marmalade. I do it because I like them and they always go the extra mile for us.
