Hello again. I am writing so you can help me understand what the policy is for seating preferences in First Class domestic flights. Tonight, seated in 3E, the FA told me that "we do not do that anymore" and " it is easier for me to work the back to the front" when I questioned my lack of choice for the dinner service on your flight # 1356 as the "last row served", which unless you have, as the FA claimed, dropped the FEBO (Front Even Back Odd) order for the First Class cabin? My issue is most FF choose seats for meal service flights based on that policy, and if you have dropped that then it should be made public, or is it just a FA making her own rules? In that case, I trust that you will re-train this crew on correct procedure? If that is the case, please let us all know at FlyerTalk, we need to be informed on such changes.
Best regards,
Maybe they decided to dump it. Since they have so few meals, it is hard for them to remember FEBO. I doubt that most frequent flyers even know about FEBO. I just sit in the middle.
