Thanks. I just checked the phone hours and it looks like I won't be able to call at 00.50 on the 24th.

The Melbourne phone lines are open from 0800-2030 (Mon-Fri) 0830-1930 (Sat-Sun). I wanted to be sure of getting an emergency aisle seat but I don't think that's possible online.
