ORD's Concorse B has 5 bathrooms. One of which is closed for repairs. One of which (TED part of the Concourse) is TINY and messy.

I had to hike all the way over the the evil empire's concourse to find a clean bAAthroom!

Times like these, I think a RCC might be worth it for a clean facility.

As an aside, do you think there is a correlation between TED's section of the concourse and the messy restroom facilities?
