I got 2 $750 dbc earlier in the year but now realize $450 is the max for domestic. I was interested in the transferable part. It is my understanding that if you wish to purchase for someone else, the remaining balance can be issued in that persons name. If this is true, that really does make them transferable. Also, any way around having to go to the airport or CTO to ticket with these? Also on the balance, I noticed the issue date became the current date. Does that mean the 1 year clock starts over.
