Multi-leg trip on SAS thru Scandinavia coming up.

Hello to all. As a long time member I of course first did a search but could not find specific answers to my questions.

I will from August 4-5 until August 25-26 be traveling all over Scandinavia [save Iceland].

During this period I plan on using SAS to fly, in order and at intervals from CPH to OSL, from OSL to ARN, from ARN to HEL, and finally HEL back to CPH.

It would seem logical to try and travel on weekends for the best fares/most availability but is this really the case with SAS? Should I join their FF program, anything to look out for, anything to avoid?

It would be great to be able to just walk-up on the days I want to travel and still get good fares, is this possible on SAS? Do I have to make reservations stateside first to cover my arse?

Needless to say, any help or hints would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
