Quickest would be LGW-DUB-SNN-DUB-LGW, easily done before a late lunch - although some tight connections. You'd need to book LGW-DUB-LGW in I and then DUB-SNN-DUB in Y on aerlingus.com. A nicely round 100tps in one day

Or maybe this London - Salzburg via Munich as shown in anotehr thread, if it turns out the tier points do get awarded for the bus trip?
