Add in location of the busy road beside the property! At the HW last week I was pleased to see a floor plan at the front desk and requested an even numbered room - I had been slated for a King on the roadside but they "down"graded me to a queen on the quiet side. At a Bay Area HGI (who charges so much I can no longer stay there ) I always requested an odd numbered room ending in 3 - 11 for less road noise.
