Assuming the G waitlist won't clear until I'm within the 72-hour pre-flight window, that means that I don't know whether to stay on the NAMU waitlist, or try to 'switch' to the 800MSU waitlist 72-hours before the flight.

I was hoping for a clear answer (I know, it's Delta.... what WAS I thinking?).
