cancel reward - problem using the points again
Hi, I cancelled a reward last night and the cancellation page says that points will be recredited in 30 minutes. I found that when I logon to hiltonhonors.com, I could see my points back (I also confirm with the automated phone system that my points are back). However, when I try to use the points again, hhonors.hilton.com does not recognize the re-instated points.
Does anybody has similar experience?? Thanks.
