You are correct. Rows 1..3/4/5 depending on flight and statistics is blocked for HON/SEN together. There is no differentiation. In particular I as a HON like row 2 in intra-europe flights more. Better to have the table located in the front-seat.
If I travel with a companion (just FTL or M&M) after web booking I always have to call and let them release my companion (temporary SEN assignment) to sit right beside me.
