Kuroneko, Sephora will be more than happy to take back that brush set that was unsatisfactory. They may only be able to give you store credit but at least you can put that $ towards a future purchase. I've had to do some similar returns with them and have always had a good, easy experience. I really appreciate it when returns are handled well -- may your experience be as good as mine have been!
