I booked a flight online to MCI via ORD back in late January. My YYZ-ORD flight was changed back in early Feb from a 0800 to a 0700 flight. OK, fine. I called and ensured my 2A seat assignment would be good for the new plane (E175). No problem.

Strangely enough, I get a telephone call 2 days ago notifying me of the flight change from the 0800 to the 0700 flight. Is this a SOP thing for AC Reservations? Seems kind of weird to be notified a month later of the change.
