I do think CO does a decent job at managing expectations in regarding to scheduled arrival and departure times. For us here in CLE, they often pad the schedule by 45 minutes (or more) for flights to/from NYC. I think you will see that example throughout the schedule.


That being said, I am amazed at how often these flights are still late!
