if you have the chance to fly Austrian do it. Intra-European biz is much better on Austrian than on LH - but you need to take a longer flight and avoid the holiday (= partially charter) destinations (ie. Cyprus). Better take St. Petersburg or Moscow.

But as few people before me wrote - business class in Europe is nothing special. In my opinion the only difference is the food, lounge access (if you are not an FTL) and you are the first to get off the plane. Seats are the same as in eco.
If flying business class is something you want to try I highly recommend to save at least for an upgrade to experience it on long distance (but its better to wait until you have 90K miles and take a free business ticket.)
