not necessarily. There's usually a delay between the time the booking is made with the tour operator and the time the reservation is actually made by the hotels In-house/Wholesale Reservation Dept. Usually a week or more, depending on several variables, such as allotments, occupancy, and how long it takes to send a fax from London - Orlando. Once the reservation is made, it can be accesed by anyone in the hotel.

I worked for IHG for 3 years working for a special IHG/PC marketing team based in Orlando, as well as various locations across North America on assignments and to assist hotels in Orlando during extremely busy peak seasons as a Cross-utilized IHG employee. I know a bit or two about how most hotels do business
