I have the same MAC set/kit. Love this, highly recommed it. Not only handy for travel, but also for work to evening use (I just leave mine in the car - taking it out only when I have to pack it into my luggage). I've had mine for over 4 years, haven't had to replace the brushes yet.

The clear zippered 'pouch' opposite the brushes holds just enough for me - 1 tube of lipstick, 1 'pot' of MAC concealer, 1 'pot" of MAC blush, 1 'pot' of MAC eye shadow, and 1 very short eyeliner pencil (for when I feel lazy and don't use the eye shadow as liner). I put my other toiletries in a separate bag.
