frankly, if I am wearing a ball cap, shorts and a t-shirt, I have as much right to be in the MLL as the next guy. I earned the right to be there by flying AC so much. The MLL is for frequent flyers, not for the rich and famous. I am sure that I am usually one of the least dressed whenever in the MLL's, and I do admit I get some funny looks, but I am not going to dress up more than I care to just to please some other people who have as much right to be there as I do, no more, no less.
