chrissxb turned me on to this sweet secret when we were strolling through a hypermarkt in SXB last Christmas. Actually, I thought Cote d'Or was even better.
But quite possibly the finest chocolate I've ever put in my mouth was 85% dark found at
Thierry Mulhaput's Epice et Chocolat boutique in SXB. I think there's an outlet in Paris as well.

Agreed. Scharffenberger, while a fine enough product, is horribly overpriced in the U.S.
