I travelled extensivly with the family that I used to babysit for when I was in high school and some in college.

It works out well. You get to be paid to go on a trip and the family gets you to take care of the urchins.

However, I do not reccomend taking 4 kids and 1 babysitter to Costa Rica for 3 weeks. I thought I was going to go psycho on the kids.
