In my experience all my AA flights post the next day or the day after, not on specific days. On other OW airlines however they seen to either take around a week to show up, or never show up.
It was previously a well known fact, and very apparent if you watched your account everyday, that they were actually posting after a batch process Tues and I think Sat night.
I have read that here several times, but haven't flown for a few months, so didn't know if it changed.
