HSBC supposedly has a 2% cash back visa but it by invitation.

Apparently the way you get invited is to go to Best Buy and open and account since HSBC also runs Best Buy's CC program.

I don't know if its the real deal but what the heck--I'll open an account at BBY and see what happens.
