I am a semi-resident non US citizen, I am fingerprinted, photographed, have a B1 Visa with my Photograph inprinted, payed most of my Income Tax for the past 5 years to the USA, but cant get a CLEAR pass for MCO because I dont have a Social Security Number.

What happened to "No Taxation without Representation".
