I'm not a fan of the Hyatt's spa either - nothing special & have never felt that 'pampering' treatment. Plus, hard to get resvs. I'd fly to Maui & do the Spa Grande at the Grand Wailea! Don't stay at the hotel, but I think this spa is one of the best ever! In Waikiki, I'd guess the Halakulani does a very good job.
