Just in case that it is inevitable for you obtaining a seat in row 1 then give LH a call 24 hours in advance since from then on the seats are available. But usually a lot of HONs and SENs are claiming for these seats for a long time but maybe you're lucky and get one.
Because if you wait until you are at the aiprort that might be too late.
