Headquarters in SYD......not really a bar. [OK, not a bar at all!] But the best memories of any gay establishment I have visited on any of the 7 continents.

Lone Star in SF
Cuffs and Faultline in LA
The old Eagle and Spike and LURE in NYC

And several other "social venues" NYC, ORD, ATL, LAX, LHR, HAM, BER, . . . . . . . . .
