Travel Insurance

My medical insurance is invalid outside the US. When I have travelled to Europe in the past for leisure, I have purchased a policy to cover me. I haven't done so in a while and can't find the name of the company I used.

I came up with many options and selected 2 based on a minimal degree of familiarity. The first is a program I have available as a business traveller. I am entitled to a 20% discount as a leisure traveller. I think it's called SOS or Travel Assist. The second is offered by American Express. SOS was twice the price and 1/4 the coverage, so I went with AmEx.

Anyone want to inflict me with buyer's remorse (or support my decision)? Either way, let's hope I don't need it.
