So, what was the final outcome? Scam, MLM? Not worth the time?

Out of the blue today I get a "Click here to activate your account". Huh? Been there, done that, a long time ago I think, I just never added any money, etc.

So what is the current status?

I just visited their site and found this:

The Company also announced that it was clarifying its February 10th press release in which the Company announced it had concluded a recent $2 million round of financing. The Company offered a select group of its Gold Member users the Company's 10% Convertible Debentures, which would convert to restricted stock 12 months from the original purchase date at 50% of the market value. Although the Company has not yet received the funds from investors, it has received indications of interest that would fulfill the maximum offering of $2 million. Each user who expressed interest in investing will receive the Company's private placement memorandum including the audited financials.

So I guess they released to the press that they concluded raising $2 million, then clarified it by saying that they asked Gold members if they might be willing to invest and members said "Yes". Now the correction to say that they didn't REALLY receive the funding...

Is this run by Larry, Moe and Curly?

I think I just decided that I still want no part of this fiasco.
