I've had AC status for most of the current millennia (which still makes me a newbie)

Although I am not entirely happy with some of the changes AC has made to the top tier status programme, I am very much looking forward to the fleet improvements and improvements in service (crossing fingers), although I was almost failed by a YYZ concierge early this week. Due to changes in how upgrade certs can be used, it looks like I will actually be sitting in the back on more flights where I pay Latitude and Latitude Plus fares this year.
