The $120K figure is based on the renewal of a AA lease at SEA AC. At those rates, CRC could build a 14 mile "moving sidewalk" all the way to Continental President's Club (B Concourse) or Alaska's Lounge (D Concourse) and save money. AA was previously paying $80K/mo until they had to renew its lease. At DFW, AA reportedly pays about 40K/mo for its A terminal lounge.
