Thanks, I took your advice and called back today. What I was told was 'no, there was no change of plane.' I gave them my original seat assignment, and was then told 'it appears one of a family or group are seated there now.' So apparently my 'preferred' seat, was preferred by someone else, and it was given to them ?? As I was travelling solo, it was easier to just move me." The problem with that was, I wasn't 'moved' just 're-moved' No one at DL thought to call and inform me or to assign me another seat (which they do at CO when a change of equipment occurs). My seat was just appropriated and if I hadn't happened to check, I would have arrived at the gate with no seat assigned (since with DL one can't check in ahead of time on to check my seat assignments on international ) to find I could have been stuck in the middle seat of the last row, or in any odd seat that was left
