Depends. Northbound takeoffs, I like the right hand side for a view of the city as you bank around to the right after takeoff. Southbound, left side can be nice but right side will usually get you a good view of Mt. Rainier as other posters have mentioned.

BTW if the weather is clear you can see Rainier from the SEA Crown Room. This is a sign that you're leaving town at the wrong time, because if the weather is that nice you want to stay!!
