Just to let you know, I got my reissue done in TLV at the CTO (not easy to find) and they did the reissue as an e-ticket (was paper) in 10 minutes.

Explicit instructions were placed in my PNR by the RTW agent in Miami and the reissue went like clockwork.

(Agent's name was Ms Wong and she was great to deal with.)
