I got the e-mail with the same link as above and when I put in my MP#, I was linked to the Netflix page, however the only possibility for signing up is through the free trial period. Is this what others have experienced? The T&C say that there is a free two week trial and you can cancel anytime in that two weeks and not be charged and if you don't, they will charge your credit card. I just want to try to ensure that I get my 4,000 points. Thanks.
