Well, BA are always telling us to book on-line as it will be cheaper. I always call up BA prior to booking on-line for long haul when there is more than one flight a day to check which flight is best for seating. Prices are normally consistent less the telephone booking fee. However just booked a LHR - SIN flight over the phone which came to just under £300 less than the on-line cost. Strange??
