FYI - given the cost of renting a car in Orlando, you probably would have been better off renting one.

It's at least $25 each way to the airport, plus the money spent to go out to dinner. There are so many places to go near the GC I would never consider staying in the area without a car.

It doesn't surprise me that the bellman would get a cut from the drivers. It's pretty common practice.
