I have met Mr Mayrhuber on several occasions and I can only say he is very friendly and open. He is regularly flying in Y HAM - FRA and he always greets the whole crew and when announced to the cockpit by the purser: "Here comes our big boss." his comment was "1.87 (or however tall he is) is still within the norm." I think he knows that in a service business you have to be friendly and courteous.

Definitely the nicest CEO I ever met (and I have met a few)...
